Tammy Stokes, along with David Donaldson, is the partner with primary responsibility for the Firm’s mortgage lending litigation. Since joining the firm in 1998, she has had lead roles in many of the firm’s highest profile cases, including Culpepper v. Irwin Mortgage Company. Ms. Stokes’ practice includes a mix of general business litigation and class action cases (plaintiff and defense).
