Mediation - Our history of representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business matters has provided us unsurpassed experience crafting creative solutions to complex problems. We maintain a steadfast commitment to creating win-win resolutions for our mediations. We mediate such issues as partnership dissolutions, business disputes, warranty issues, economic damages and allocations of attorney fees. We charge reasonable hourly rates with no cancellation fees for these services.

Special Master Services - We also serve as Court-appointed Special Masters reviewing proposed settlements, fee awards, plans of allocation and we may supervise claims administration processes to provide assurance to the Court and class members that the funds obtained for them are properly allocated and distributed.
