Donaldson at the US Senate Banking Committee

In January of 2002, David Donaldson was invited by the Chairman of the U. S. Senate Banking Committee, Senator Paul Sarbanes to testify before the Senate Banking Committee regarding the impact of Yield Spread Premiums on consumers.
