Mr. Donaldson has more than 20 years experience trying all types of business, financial and other cases to verdict. Mr. Donaldson has been counsel of record in more than thirty reported federal and state appellate decisions. He frequently lectures on topics related to business litigation, the prosecution and defense of class actions, covenants not to compete, misuse of trade secrets, law office technology and lender liability under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Donaldson has received an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
At the invitation of Senator Paul S. Sarbanes, Mr. Donaldson testified in 2002 before the Senate Banking Committee’s hearing on Predatory Mortgage Lending. Mr. Donaldson is a member of the Editorial Board of the Consumer Financial Services Law Report.
