Ms. Evans' practice focuses on business litigation. She represents individuals and businesses in litigation and advises them concerning compliance with the requirements of Title VII, §1981, §1983, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Alabama Age Discrimination Act. Ms. Evans also offers experience in reviewing and preparing employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and employment contracts—including non-compete agreements and trade secret agreements.
